Many different types of meditation teach us to unwind, relax, and love ourselves. That’s not the type of meditation we’re talking about here.

All you need is 6 minutes and a wall. We will feel the energy of anger in the body and let it move—don’t worry, no one will get hurt and no one will get in trouble. Who knows? By feeling and directing the energy, you may just feel better than if you tried to convince yourself to be peaceful!
