Many forms of meditation encourage us to relax, chill out, and feel loving. This is not that kind of meditation.
All you need is 6 minutes and a wall. We will feel the energy of anger in the body and let it move—don’t worry, no one will get hurt and no one will get in trouble. Who knows? By feeling and directing the energy, you may just feel better than if you tried to convince yourself to be peaceful!
