Welcome!

Erie, CO is a town that holds a quiet kind of beauty — and the people here deserve support that honors that. At Somatic Spiritual Counseling, we're proud to serve Erie and the surrounding communities with healing that goes deeper than talk alone.

Life in Erie can move fast — between growing families, busy schedules, and the everyday weight of just keeping up — and sometimes what we need most is a space to finally exhale. Our counselors bring together somatic techniques and spiritual wisdom from a wide range of traditions to help you do exactly that. To slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing something painful, or simply feeling called toward a deeper sense of wholeness, we're here for you. No matter where you are on your journey, you'll find with us a warm, unhurried space where healing can happen at your own pace.
